Job Description

A well-established healthcare publishing company is looking for a Business Development Executive to join their office in Buckinghamshire (easily commutable from London). This is a great opportunity for an entry level candidate or someone with some sales experience to work on advertising and bespoke project solutions.

Key duties:

  • Call and meet clients to understand their needs and sell the company’s solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Update the client database and record all contacts
  • Reach individual and team sales targets
  • Generate sales leads via attending networking events
  • Collaborate with different teams to ensure the timely execution of bookings

Experience / skills required:

  • Some experience in sales, telesales or customer service would be an asset
  • Polite and professional phone manner
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Enthusiastic and resilient candidate, eager to learn and achieve targets
  • Solid time management and organisation skills
  • A background/degree or equivalent in science would be a plus
