Job Description

We have a great Kickstart opportunity with the RCNi who is looking for an Audience Engagement and Social Media Assistant to join their team in London. RCNi is the premier provider of innovative and creative information solutions for nurses and associated health professionals; producing 11 journals to provide health professionals with the latest developments impacting nursing, including changes in policy, practice and research. If you’re passionate about keeping current with Social Media trends and using Social Media in a professional capacity, then this might be the role for you!


What you’ll be doing:

  • Work with the Head of Audience Engagement to ensure that all editorial content is promoted on social media.
  • Ensure social media posts are consistent in tone and quality across all RCNi social channels.
  • Use Google Analytics and other analytics tools to gauge the impact of social media posts.
  • Keep up to date with developments on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn.
  • Research content topics, hashtags and other emerging social media trends.
